Chilly 🥶 and 61° with a cold breeze for early spring. Mostly walked (out 2.5 miles and back) then ran the final mile at a slow pace that picked up when I got passed 😠 by some younger runners 🏃🏾Good run to finish out the week although the left foot 🦶🏾 is still sore from the pounding #justdoit
